Schwerpunkte. Im ersten Teil soll unter technik- und
wissenschaftshistorischer Sicht die Beziehung zwischen
Informatik und Militär untersucht werden. Der zweite
Teil soll die Rolle der Informationstechnik für
militärische Führung und Kontrolle analysieren und
dabei insbesondere die neueren Entwicklungen zur
„Information Warfare" untersuchen. Dabei wird
auf das umfangreiche Material zurückgegriffen werden,
das in elektronischer Form auf dem Internet hierzu
vorliegt.
